Directions for use:
On the skin:- Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush. (Tip: you don’t need to top the whole brush head!)
- For the outer areas of your teeth, brush up and down.
- For the inner areas of your teeth, brush side to side.
- Brush for at least 2 minutes then rinse well. (Do not ingest the toothpaste.)
